Research on Road Pricing in the Presence of Carpooling in a Degradable Network

考虑合乘的降级路网道路收费研究

Abstract: In order to investigate the impacts of link-specific toll on traffic system in the presence of carpooling in a degradable network, a bi-level program is adopted. The lower level program describes the traffic equilibrium in a degradable network in terms of carpooling mode. Taking a numerical example network, we investigate the social welfare and emission. The upper level aims to maximize social welfare and minimize emission simultane-ously. NSGA II algorithm is applied to solve this problem for aforementioned example and captureseveral non-dominant solutions. The results show that road pricing is able to increase social welfare and decrease emission, and enhance time reliability of the network. Then this paper detects the bounds of non-dominant solutions, which implies that road pricing affects emission more.

摘要: 为了研究道路收费对具有合乘方式的降级路网的影响,采用了双层规划模型,其中下层模型描述了在具有合乘方式的降级路网中考虑时间可靠性的路网均衡,检查了一个算例路网中社会福利与排放量两个指标,并在上层模型中设置了最大化社会福利与最小化排放量两个目标函数,选择NSGAII算法对此算例进行了求解,得到了多个非支配解。结果表明道路收费可提高社会福利与降低排放量,并能够提高路网的时间可靠性。同时探索了非支配解的边界,从中可知道路收费在此交通系统中对排放量的影响更为明显。
