中国区域建筑业发展水平梯度变迁与影响机理研究

Research on Gradient Changes and Influential Mechanism of Development Level in Chinese Regional Construction Industry

摘要: 区域建筑业发展水平的变动与影响机理的研究对国家建筑业协调发展政策的制定具有重要意义。本研究在引入中国区域建筑业发展水平测度指标体系的基础上,运用时序多指标模型测量建筑业发展水平并划分其梯度,在此基础上分析2005~2010年间各省份建筑业发展水平的梯度变迁。结果表明,中西部部分省份建筑业发展水平变化较大,东部省份建筑业梯度发展变化并不明显。最后,在梳理建筑业区域发展水平影响因素的基础上,采用广义排序选择模型系统分析不同发展水平下制约建筑业发展的关键因素。结果显示,不同梯度下中国区域建筑业发展水平的影响机理各具特色。

Abstract: Researches, relating to variation and influencing factors of development level in Chinese regional construction industry, are vital to formulating policies facilitating national construction to develop coordinately. Besides, they also contribute to the sustainable development of the industry. In this article, the indicator framework of Chinese construction industry is established firstly, and then gradients changes of each province from 2005 to 2010 are discussed through the timing of multi-index model. It is found that the central and eastern change greatly, while the eastern parts do not change significantly. Finally, on the basis of reviewing the influencing factors of its regional development levels, it intends to find out the key factors affecting the level by using generalized ordered probit method. It is shown that the factors affecting the different gradients are various.
